Inspiration

It is somewhat eccentric how you get inspired all of a sudden; if you are an avid smoker, a movie buff or a book enthusiast you will probably know what I am referring to since I bet you get your gallon of ideas out of nowhere in a pop of colorful outburst while having a smoke break, reading a page turner or watching a crisply scripted movie.

I guess my point is inspiration can be found anywhere and everywhere, all you need to do is keep your eyes and mind open while you’re at it. For example, you can be sitting on a park bench with a cold coffee on a hot day when the Sun is at its full glory and watching people passing by; at one particular moment a specific character will catch your eye and you will start imagining life from their shoes and for all we know it might develop into a movie on the big screen, a lead role in a fiction, a painting hung in a gallery, merely a fantasy of sheer entertainment for a while, or just about anything depending on your choice of field.

Most of us always whine and complain that we couldn’t get any inspiration not only to create something, but to be taken as a moral and get on with our lives no matter how tough it appears to be. In this case, it can be a middle aged woman working very hard at the cash counter, a 16-year-old teenager pulling extra shifts to escape the situation at home, an old aged man working as a security guard just to feel a little useful. All of these can be taken as an example for us to quit complaining and feel grateful for whatever we have for everyone has their own battles but God chose to give you what you have now for a reason. We could take the people around us as role models to keep going, work hard, and to feel better about our very own footing.

It is either those things or you can be your very own inspiration as well; if you are somebody who swings from one milestone to another just like how Tarzan swings from one branch to another, then this would really suit you. More often than not, you can find an ounce of inspiration within yourself as well, yes, I am talking about those times when you thought you couldn't go on another day but guess what? You did it! Even if you crawled through the day, even if you had to take baby steps, even if you had to drink Vodka throughout to give you the nudge, the point is you got through it and you know better now when the devil gets the better of you. 

Thus put yourself out there amidst the crowd and get yourself a hue of inspiration for if you wait for it to fall into your lap, it probably never will just like how you can’t expect to shower and smell like your favorite bubble bath just by sitting on the couch and waiting for it to happen out of the blues. Watch out for motivation in every single corner with your eyes wide open because it can be anywhere and everywhere, you just need to look for it and I really hope you do by the reason of it can be such a pivotal thing to swerve you into the right track and keep you afloat when times get really tough and you lose sight of that tiny flicker of hope. Come on now champs, it's about time to inspire and get inspired, the wheel is already invented let's not waste more time trying to re-invent it but let's make the wheel more innovative and you know what, the best time to do just that is now.
